Services we offer

Touch Point Access offers assistive technology training, accessibility support, advocacy and speaking, personalized tech support, and braille services. Full descriptions and current prices are on our Services and Pricing pages.

Booking and payment

To book a session, contact us through the contact form, by email, or by phone. We will confirm your booking and send payment instructions. Payment is due before the session unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the start time without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may incur a fee equal to half the session price.

Sliding scale support

We offer sliding scale pricing for community members facing financial barriers. Ask about it when you contact us. We will not turn anyone away who genuinely needs support.

Limits of our service

Touch Point Access provides training, support, and accessibility feedback. We do not repair devices, recover lost data, or guarantee specific outcomes. We share our experience and skills to help you learn — actual progress depends on your practice and circumstances.

Liability

Touch Point Access provides services in good faith and to the best of our ability. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, United States.
