Touch Point Access is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification, and other assistive technologies.
Our standard
We aim for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA conformance. This is the international standard for web accessibility and the requirement for most government websites in the United States and Europe.
What we have done
- Every page has been tested with automated accessibility tools (axe-core) and passes WCAG 2.2 AA
- The site works with VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack, and other screen readers
- You can navigate the entire site with a keyboard alone, no mouse required
- Color contrast on text and interactive elements meets the AA threshold (4.5 to 1 for regular text, 3 to 1 for large text and UI controls)
- Touch targets on the contact form are at least 44 by 44 pixels for users with motor impairments
- All form fields have proper labels so screen readers announce each one
- The page language is set to English so screen readers use the right pronunciation
- A skip-to-content link appears at the top of every page for keyboard users
Known limits
If you find any part of this website that does not work well with your assistive technology, please tell us. Email [email protected] with the page address and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 5 business days and fix the issue within 30 days when reasonable.
Feedback
Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time fix. We welcome feedback from people using this site. If something blocks you, tell us — we will treat it as a real problem and fix it.
