Touch Point Access respects your privacy. This page describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
When you fill out our contact form we collect your name, email address, and any message you send. If you choose to share your phone number or service preferences, we collect that too. We do not use any advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies are essential ones for security and basic site function, such as Cloudflare’s security checks. Because there are no tracking cookies, no cookie consent banner is needed.
How we use it
We use your contact information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule sessions, and follow up on services you ask about. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for one year then deleted unless we are actively working with you. You can request earlier deletion by emailing [email protected].
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] to make a request and we will respond within 30 days.
Third party services
This website uses Cloudflare for security and faster page loads. Cloudflare may log standard request data (IP address, browser type, page visited) for security purposes. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy for details. When you book a session, scheduling is handled by Calendly. The details you enter to book are processed by Calendly under their privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.

If we update this policy we will post the new version on this page. The “last updated” date below tells you when it changed.
